IBC Knowledge Park is one of the largest MFAR projects in the IT sector with a built-up area of 28 lakh sq ft (including Phase 1 & 2). MFAR known for its new building processes – introduces the Waffle Slab technology for all the floors of this mammoth construction. Attested by the fact that over 1,00,000 cubic metres of concrete were poured in less than 15 months. For its outstanding work at IBC, MFAR was awarded the ACCE’s ‘Billimoria Award’ for excellence in construction of high-rise buildings in 2007.
